AndyCable Remote Control Application

 

 

Unfortunately there are aspects of Internet Connections that AndyCable does not support. However, we will strive to resolve Connectivity issues in a timely manner.

 

We do not support wireless issues, operating system issues, and other third party software issues. We are not responsible for antivirus software or settings therein.

      

  If you are having trouble connecting to the internet, try these steps.

 

 

     *With your computer powered on, unplug the power supply from the back of

         the modem (and router if applicable).

 

      *After a  full minute, plug the modem back in. After all of the lights come

          back on, try to connect again.

 

       *If still no connection, feel free to call us at 334-582-8324.
