If you are having trouble connecting to the internet, try these steps.
*With your computer powered on, unplug the power supply from the back of the modem (and router if applicable).
*After a full minute, plug the modem back in. After all of the lights come back on, try to connect again.
*If still no connection, feel free to call us at 334-582-8324.
